Jim Sabinas, PE - President
Jim serves as the firm’s president and head engineer, setting the firm’s direction and coordinating the day-to-day project activities of engineers, designers, and CAD/ Revit specialists.
Jim has 22 years experience in HVAC system design and operation, and another 17 years with automated equipment control systems. His responsibilities are to provide mechanical and electrical system design, project coordination, oversight of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical system installation.
When Jim is not working spending time with his 8 grandchildren takes precedence. Fall and Spring Jim is out coaching his grandkids soccer and t-ball teams.
Kale Carlson - Designer / Business Development Manager
Kale is a talented drafter skilled in AutoCAD and Revit. Alongside his drafting responsibilities, Kale also handles marketing tasks.
With his expertise in CAD and Revit, Kale delivers visually appealing designs that meet client specifications. His effective communication and understanding of customer needs enhance marketing efforts by creating impactful websites, engaging marketing materials, and confident sales interactions.
Outside of work Kale, finds joy in his classic Corvette and cherishes the moments spent with his two sons. This dedication to his personal interests and family life further reinforces his ability to bring passion and commitment to all aspects of his work.
Stephen Sabinas - Lead Designer / BIM Manager
Stephen is an experienced plumbing and electrical designer with a range of responsibilities. His portfolio includes commercial, residential, educational, military, and healthcare facilities.
Additionally, Stephen serves as the CAD/BIM manager for the firm, overseeing the implementation and management of computer-aided design and building information modeling processes.
With his dedication to providing high-quality design solutions and his expertise in relevant software, Stephen is an invaluable resource for any project.
Being an avid outdoorsman, Stephen enjoys spending quality time with his children in nature, exploring and experiencing outdoor activities together. This passion for the outdoors can provide him with a refreshing perspective and a healthy work-life balance.
